Royal Garden party, Edinburgh

This time last week saw Ian (and Sheila) head to the Royal Garden Party in Edinburgh.

A special event, invitation in recognition of Ian's British Empire Medal in the New Year Honours.

His Grace The Duke of Buccleuch led out the royal party in his role as Captain-General of the Royal Company of Archers, The King's Body Guard for Scotland.
