Everyone walking, running or cycling on the Leader Water or Diamond Jubilee paths sees and loves Sam's work - Jack's Boots, The Fox and Wildlife seat.
We knew he'd been out in British Columbia, Canada earlier this year taking part in an international wood carving competition and it would be on TV over there at some time.
He's only gone and won it!!!!
The programme is called A Cut Above on the Discovery Canada channel.
